We do not recommend connecting multiple devices to one account for this reason. The account has 3 connections to avoid these issues causing max connections.
If we raise connections people will start connecting 3 devices then we get complaint on 3. If you need to use a second device we recommend a second account to avoid the issue.
We do not advertise the accounts for multiple devices but nor we advert it for one. If its causing max connections we simply suggest a second account.
The spare connections on the accounts is there to avoid this issue, not to connect multiple devices.
