It is reported that FHD & HD can often freeze via VPN. The VPN does not have any issue there it is simply down to running through a second lot of servers it is hard for it to remain stablized during peak periods. We can advise at this current time to try use SD on live streaming until we can discover a method to help with higher quality video streaming. Video on demand should be absolutely fine when using our VPN.
If you run a speedtest on our VPN you can guarentee highspeeds however there seems to be an issue with FHD/HD playback. We will investigate this as it could be a peering issue with some TV providers.
